By accessing or using the V-Run platform provided by Virtuality Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Virtuality Limited provides V-Run: an AI-powered SaaS platform that generates, tests, and deploys Python workflows based on user natural language prompts in a cloud environment.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use V-Run to generate malicious code, engage in illegal activities, or violate the security protocols of any third-party systems.

4. Intellectual Property

• V-Run Outputs: Users retain the rights to the specific Python workflows generated through their unique prompts on the V-Run platform, subject to standard open-source library licenses used within the code.
• Platform IP: Virtuality Limited retains all intellectual property rights to the V-Run platform, its underlying AI logic, proprietary algorithms, and brand identity.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtuality Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use V-Run; or (b) any errors or inaccuracies in the AI-generated Python code.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
